Don't make this mistake of looking at the picture only. The pic has two batteries when the package came they only sent one....

Maybe Im being a bit harsh on the charge unit and the actual problem is with MS worthless battery packs....

I, like others, bought the Xbox 360 Play & Charge Kit before I bought the Quick Charge Kit. The Play & Charge does allow you to keep playing but it never fully charges your battery so you always have...
